intake and assessment and during discharge planing.
Review available grief and loss services during program orientation phase and initial blackout.
Develop bereavement
policy to address additional phone contact with family and post funeral visits.
Staff training and development on grief and loss issues, Trauma-Informed Care, and Anti-Oppressive Practices.
